MHG - Management Operating System
Our Management Operating System

At MHG, we quickly realized that we needed a flexible system of operation that could grow in tandem with our business. To achieve this we have developed our own Operating System that is customer oriented, and easily adaptable to the changing environment.
The Operating System begins with the Customer Account Manager, whose primary function is to represent the customer within the MHG organization. The Account Manager’s main concern is that the customer’s needs are understood and their instructions followed accurately in both style development and in production planning. Therefore the Account Manager liaises with MHG’s Design Planning and Materials Teams on behalf of the customer and with the customer as the priority. It is also our experience that communication improves dramatically under our Operating System
Within the entire MHG organization we have developed individual teams, who have become experts in their particular field. These teams provide the flexibility within our company as they can quickly change from task to task as necessary, while never losing the efficiency and understanding that they have developed through working together. The team system also allows us to quickly increase or reduce the amount of staff working on a particular project as the season, project or customer demands

Total Quality Management

The Quality Control system in place at MHG is built on the philosophy of Total Quality Management. We don’t base our quality standards on the inspection of finished garments, but inspect and control the quality of each and every process in the factory. Total Quality Management includes:  

      -         100% inspection of all incoming fabrics and trims.
-         Regular inspection of all machinery and production lines
-         100% inspection of all garments coming off the sewing lines
-         Further inspection of garments as per AQL standards
-         Daily inspection of work areas for cleanliness
-         Quarterly Reviews of entire management system and operation systems

 We know that our reputation is based on the quality of our work and this is a reputation that we not only want to keep, but also to continually improve
